we all know $celr for the moment has no real usage
Motivation
change the token utility
Proposal
keep the free utility vision to use celer network services, but give $celr rewards to nodes
example : check the constellation $dag business model
1- minimum number $celr token to create a node
2- one click creation node
3- give rewards to make the network running
4- allow apps to build on $celr network for free
5- transform $celr from agnostic to blockchain wher dapps can be build
